PROCESSING & DELIVERY  

OK, we don't actually send our goods out by hot-air balloon!

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours and our delivery aim is 2 -3 days. Some orders which are for example made especially by local artisan craftsmen may take a little longer - but we will notify you of this and keep you updated.

We use a variety of postal services and couriers.  Our services/prices are for delivery globally;

• Standard delivery £2.99
• Courier/Insured £15.99 please note that this service is for security of package/delivery and may not in fact be faster than standard delivery.
• Expedited delivery your order will be sent by the most expedient courier delivery - next day if available. After placing order we will email you with a quote and you then may decide which service to choose.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CUSTOMERS CHOOSE 'COURIER/INSURED' FOR LARGE OR VALUABLE ORDERS - Statues and Thangkas over £100 will be sent by courier/insured service and customers need only select standard delivery for these at checkout.

                PAYMENT OPTIONS               

We have put together various payment options to help you safely and securely pay for your order. We have all the usual names such as Paypal, Google and Moneybookers for paying on-line or using your credit/debit card; and we've also got a pay offline facilty for those who are unable to use on-line payment methods or for those who choose otherwise.

(The off-line payment facility is currently only available in the UK - and orders made off-line may be subject to a 2-3 week processing delay whilst we await clearance of funds processing - these are the processors rules not ours. Other payment methods online are not subject to this). We will also accept direct bank transfers (but please email us first).
